OUR HISTORY
KLEEN Property Services was founded in 2013 in Vacaville, California. We are a family owned business with an extensive background in property management and maintenance. This experience has given us the ability to understand both the customer and service perspectives, enabling KLEEN to better serve our customers.

Our company’s first and current client is a large commercial property owner that was dissatisfied with local, regional and national service companies. We listened to ownership and developed a plan to deliver quality services to meet their needs. Since that time, we have grown our business to include office properties, mixed use, and mid to large size shopping centers. Our values, work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service have not changed since our founding. KLEEN continues to grow at a steady and manageable pace to ensure that we continue to deliver what other companies cannot provide, which is personal service, quality work and a great team of professionals to serve you
